Bagels Recipe



Dough:

400 grams flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon instant yeast bread
260 ml warm water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
The amount of sesame
Eggs for fat

Cook:

1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate
2 liters of water

How to prepare
Mix flour, sugar, salt and oil
Add the bread yeast and mix . Then gradually add the water with kneading, kneaded, from 6 to 7 minutes, then cover and simmer for brewing and double in size.
Make the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cook:

Put water in a pot on the fire to boil. Add the sugar and sodium bicarbonate

Dough:

Pull it out  from the oven and place it  above the grille to cool.
