Fettuccine Rose



Ingredients
450 gm of green Fettuccine (spinach)
1 tablespoon butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup of whipping cream
1 cup of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon fresh basil, clip
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

How to prepare
Cook Fettuccine in a saucepan of salted water until emulsifies while remaining coherent. Then drain.
While the cooked pasta, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat to high heat.
Add garlic and fry for 30 seconds, then add whipping cream, tomatoes, salt and pepper and boil the mixture. Cook the mixture for about 5 minutes until the sauce is slightly concentrated, and then lift the mixture from heat.
Returned the pasta to the pot, add the mixture of stones and half of the Parmesan cheese and stir to mix. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese pasta and adorn basil, provide directly.
