thyme Swiss Roll



Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons of yogurt
1 teaspoon of yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons oil
¾ cup of water
⅓ cup of thyme
Eggs, fat

How to prepare
Volatility dry ingredients except the thyme, and add oil and water and blend the mixture well.
Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and cover and leave to rest in a warm place until double in size.
Divide dough into 6 balls, and the uniqueness of each ball in the form of a rectangle and sprinkle with thyme. Fold the dough in the form of a Swiss Roll, cut the dough into equal pieces circular.
Circles are placed in a greased baking tray and painted circles face with eggs and bake until golden brown.
