Donuts



Ingredients
4 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup cream
1/2 cup oil
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon Hill powder
Icing Sugar and chocolate sauce for garnish

1 - beat eggs thoroughly with sugar

Mexican rice



Ingredients

Preparation
1 - in a pot fry the onion in oil until wilt then add the peas, corn and carrots then stir two minutes
2 - add the sauce and cubes, spices, and stir well.
3 - Add the bell peppers and tomatoes, rice and then add 4 1/2 cup of boiling water
and mix quietly until every thing is mixed.
4 - Cover the pot and let it simmer until the rice is cooked.

Mexican salad



Ingredients
1 can red beans
1 cup chopped tomatoes
2 tablets minced Avocado
1/2 cup white onion, minced
U.S. lettuce sliced
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced Halabeno pepper
2 cups tortilla chips

Fried shrimp



Ingredients
 24 large shrimps, peeled and cleaned while retaining the tail
 4 eggs
 2 teaspoon soy sauce

Ingredients

Caesar Salad

Ingredients 

one large lettuce clip
 grated Parmesan cheese

• Sauce:
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• crush of 1 large clove garlic
• 1 egg yolk
• 3 pieces anchovies
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1  teaspoon white vinegar
• 1 teaspoon mustard


Preparation

1 - Mash the anchovies with garlic well then add the yolks and add  a little amount of oil constantly until sauce is formed
