Chicken breast with rice recipe


Ingredients
3 tablespoons of olive oil
4 pieces of chicken breast bone-free skin
3 medium chopped onion
350 grams of beef or sheep chopped
1 tablespoon of garlic mashed
2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of various spices
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups of brown basmati rice with long grain
3 cups of chicken broth or hot meat
2 tbsp chopped parsley

Preparation
Warm olive oil over high heat in a deep bowl
