Thyme–Roasted Carrots recipe


Ingredients
• 450 grams of carrots
• 3 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
• 2 tbsp of honey
• salt and fresh ground black pepper
• 6 sticks of fresh thyme

Preparation
1. Heat oven until it reaches a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Peel carrots red and white and then cut them in half lengthwise and then stacked in large baking tray
3. Sprinkle over the islands, olive oil and honey and then season the mixture with salt and pepper and thyme
4. The mixture in the oven then stir after 10 minutes
5. Re mixture again to the oven for an additional 10 minutes until brown and tender vegetables
6. Provide warm
