Chocolate cannelloni recipe


Ingredients
• 1 cup of full-fat ricotta cheese
• ½ cup caster sugar
• 110 grams of goat cheese
• skin fruit orange
• 1 vanilla bean
• 6 pieces of cannelloni (minutes in advance)
• 340 grams of dark chocolate dissolved

Preparation
1. Mix in the quick mixture intermittently ricotta cheese with sugar and goat cheese, orange and vanilla until smooth batter with whipping into account not increase too much
2. The mixture is placed in a plastic bag with a cut corners until like Lhalona bag filler is then cut cannelloni mixture
3. Sprinkle over a little melted chocolate
