Ingredients
1 garlic clove average size and clip
3 tablespoons of tahini well blended
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 cups of spinach small
Water to cook spinach
Preparation
Mix garlic, tahini and lemon juice in a blender until the mixture is smooth
Add the spinach to the water and stir well to the fire until tender spinach for 5 minutes
Mix spinach and a little boiling water spinach with tahini and blend Garnish with sesame beans.
