Mashed potatoes with mustard recipe


Ingredients
• 450 grams of potatoes
• Salt
• ½ cup of milk
• 2 tablespoon of unsalted butter
• a handful of ground nutmeg
• 1 tablespoon of mustard
• fresh ground black pepper

Preparation
1. Fills the middle of a large saucepan with warm water and leave on the fire to boil
2. Peel potatoes and cut into slices, then add to the boiling water with the addition of a little salt
3. Raise the temperature of the fire to boil the mixture for about 15 minutes with a maturity test potatoes with a knife
