Vegetables soy sauce on the Japanese way recipe

Ingredients
• 1 cup of plain flour
• ¼ cup of cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 cup of iced soda
• Vegetable oil
• 1 red pepper fruit cut into large pieces

Preparation
