Chicken Wings



Ingredients
Vegetable oil or peanut oil, for reddening
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
3 tablespoons hot sauce
¼ cup of vinegar
Salt and pepper
1000 g of chicken wings
1 tablespoon of hot sauce for each of the chicken wing

How to prepare
Soak the chicken in vinegar and hot sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
Dunks in the flour until the flour thickening.
Fry chicken in vegetable oil to to become crunchy.
Cover each piece of chicken wings hot sauce and serve.

Amount would be enough: 8 members
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
