Shawarma



Ingredients
3 cups of chicken, cut into thin slices
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of vinegar
⅓ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
½ teaspoon ground cloves
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Salt
Arabic bread 

How to prepare
In a large baking tray, mix all ingredients together and put in the oven at a temperature of 200 ° C until the mixture is cooked and absorbs water.
Serve with bread and garlic paste.
