Mashed potatoes



Ingredients
4 large beads of potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
¾ cup of milk
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
½ cup cheddar cheese

How to prepare
Put potatoes in a large saucepan, add salt and cover with water. Boil potatoes on the fire of medium to high heat and cook for about 15 minutes until the potato emulsifies.
Drain potatoes well. and heat milk and butter in a small saucepan. Mash the potatoes in a bowl. Add the hot milk and season with salt and pepper. Mixing spoon the mixture together and add cheese.
