Grilled vegetables in the oven



Ingredients
10 grains of small onions
5 cloves of garlic
2 large grain of carrots
2 large grain of potatoes, cut into small cubes
2 cups of broccoli
2 large grain of zucchini, cut into thin circles
¼ cup extra olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon of dried wild thyme
1 tablespoon fresh basil section
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

How to prepare
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
In a non-stick tray, mix all ingredients together and grilled for 20 minutes. Volatility and grilled vegetables for a period of 15 to 20 additional minutes until emulsifies and begin to become red.
