Chicken Biryani


ingredients
 chicken cut into 8 pieces
 large onion wings
 5 garlic cloves, crushed
 1 tablespoon ginger, crushed
 minced mint package
 package of chopped cilantro 
 2 stick of cinnamon
 3 Cardamom pills 
 2 cloves
 2 teaspoon pills cumin
 1 chopped tomato 
 1 hot pepper 
 2 teaspoon gram masala powder
 1 teaspoon  seasoning chicken
 1/2 teaspoon  Coriander
 1/2 teaspoon cumin
 Black pepper
 4 cup boiled rice
 2 onion fried wings

Preparation

1 - In a saucepan put oil and then baking obesity spices correct
2 - add onion wings then move until tender, then add the garlic, ginger and move
3 - add the chicken and then spices, and pepper and half the mint and half the coriander
 and yoghurt and a little tray of fried onions
4 - stir well and then leave it on alow fire until the chicken is cooked
5 - in a large saucepan put half the amount of boiled rice and dissemination little condiment chicken 
masala and then padding and a little mint and a pinch of coriander and a little fried onions and cover 
the second half of the rice
6 - Disseminating a few grams of masala spice and put saffron-drenched side
7 - add the rest of the mint, coriander and onions wings
8 - Cover with aluminum foil and leave it on alow fire for 20 minutes
