Vegetable Beef Soup




Ingredients

 1/2 kilo lamb header 
 1 tablespoon oil
 1 onion chopped
 3 tablespoon tomato sauce
 1 cup clip carrot cubes
 3 beads potatoes
 1 cup sliced ??mushrooms
 1/2 cup frozen peas
 1 diced tomato
 4 cup water
 1/4 cup grits (drenched)
 pinch of black pepper
 1/2 tablespoon cumin
 1/4 tablespoon seasoning meat
 pinch of salt

Preparation

1 - fry onion in oil, then add the meat and fry well and then add the 
spices and tomato sauce and a good move
2 - add 4 cups of boiling water and simmer until meat cooked
3 - Then add the carrots, potatoes and peas and leave until cooked, 
then add a little salt
4 - fry the mushrooms and set aside
5 - applying soup and put slices of mushrooms on the surface of the
 soup decorated with chopped parsley juice and lemon slices
