Farfalle With Watercress



Ingredients:

20 g of butter
1 small white onion
1 bunch of watercress, cut into large pieces
20 cm of Italian beef sausage, cut into pieces
100 ml of mascarpone cheese
1 Grated of lemon
300 gm of pasta Farfalle
40 g of grated Parmesan cheese
40 g of toasted sliced almonds
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation:
Melt the butter in a deep saucepan.
Add the onion and cook over low heat, stirring from time to time, for 5 minutes.
Add the watercress and cook, stirring from time to time, for a few minutes until it wilts.
Add the sausage and cook, stirring from time to time, for a period of approximately 10 minutes.
Added mascarpone cheese and stir with the mixture and cook. Add grated lemon, and season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook Farfalle pasta in a lot of salted boiling water
Drain pasta, then placed in a warm dish and pour with the sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and almonds, and progress in the case.
