lasagna with Halloumi cheese



Ingredients:

400 g of lasagna
Padding:
250 g of Halloumi cheese
2 tablespoons of red pepper
½ cup of fresh mint, cut into thin strips
½ cup of fresh basil, cut into thin strips
2 cups of tomato sauce
¼ cup of olive oil

Preparation:

Wash cheese several times to get rid of salt, then drain well and leave to dry.
Mix cheese with mint, basil and red pepper.
In the meantime, boil a large pot of salted water, cook pasta in boiling water, then drain and transfer to a large bowl.
Grease a baking tray base with olive oil, and place a single layer of lasagna at the base. Distribute the sauce and cheese, then repeat the same class twice, and then put on the face cheese.
Heat oven to a temperature of 200 Celsius.
Bake in the oven until taking golden facial color.

Amount would be enough: 6 people
Preparation time: 45 minutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes
