Ingredients
1 3/4 cup flour
4 eggs
Cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 cup cream
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon Hill powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Roasted almonds for garnish
Toffee amounts:
1 cup cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 mold of butter
Preparation
1 - mix by electric the eggs with sugar well, then add the cream and oil
2 - add flour with cardamom and baking powder
3 - pour the mixture into a rectangular mold greased and sprinkled with flour and then
into a hot oven at 180 C and leaves even surface and baked blush cake
4 - while attending toffee: put sugar on fire the Hatter burns but without moving,
and then add the butter and move until smooth and then the cream and move until well into
sauce and set aside
5 - after the departure of the cake pour the sauce over the cake directly then decorated
with almonds section and toasted and leave until cool, then cut into cubes then offer
