Chicken balls



Half kg minced chicken breast
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup of fresh bread crumbs
Half teaspoon  white pepper
Half teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
8 slices toast, fresh, finely chopped
2 Whites of eggs
Garlic clove, crushed

Preparation
Mix chicken with eggs and a cup of bread crumbs and chopped pepper,
 salt, cumin, paprika and garlic until well composed dough
2 - attend small balls of the mixture walnut-sized
3 - balls dipped in white egg and then in bread chopped
4 - fried balls in hot oil until they become red and then progress.


Amount would be enough: 8-10
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: fried to become golden structure
