Ingredients
one large lettuce clip
grated Parmesan cheese
Croton
• Sauce:
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• crush of 1 large clove garlic
• 1 egg yolk
• 3 pieces anchovies
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon white vinegar
• 1 teaspoon mustard
Preparation
1 - Mash the anchovies with garlic well then add the yolks and add a little amount of oil constantly until sauce is formed
2 - add lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, salt and add a little Parmesan cheese
3 - in a serving dish put lettuce and Parmesan then put Croton and finally the sauce
