Ingredients
1 Kilo boiled and mashed potatoes
3 egg yolks
mold of melted butter
Preparation
1 - Mash the potatoes and add the egg yolks and butter
2 - mix with a spoon
3 - place in a bag to decorate with cream and put a mold of Rose size 3 cm
4 - make flowers of potatoes on a tray lined with paper with a space between them
5 - bake at 180 degrees until become golden.
