Shrimp cocktail



Ingredients
1/4 kilo small shrimp, peeled and cleaned
Interracial parsley
Two pieces of lemon peel
Small onion cut in quarters
1/2 chopped carrot 
5 grains of black pepper

Amounts of sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp ketchup
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon spicy sauce 

Preparation
1 - in a saucepan put the shrimp and add the remaining ingredients and put water with 
a teaspoon of salt.
2 - leave to boil for 3 minutes and then filtered and placed in refrigerator to cool.
3 - Add the shrimp cold to the sauce and stir, then served in cups filled with lettuce section.
4 - decorate each dish pill with TWO of boiled shrimp with head and with lemon slices.
