Potatoes Sauteed With Shrimp


Ingredients

1 kilo shrimp
Chopped onion wings
7 minced stalks green onions
1/2 mold butter
1 teaspoon oil
3 crushed garlic cloves
Minced parsley
2 as soy sauce
1/2  teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon  curry powder
1 teaspoon  black pepper
1 carrot, grated
2 - 3 tablespoon of liquid cheese
Tin of sour cream
5 potatoes boiled
Salt to taste

Preparation

1 - put oil and half the butter in a pan then fry onion and garlic and white heads of green onions (green side set aside)
2 - Add the shrimp after peel and clean it and stir well
3 - add spices and soy, carrots, parsley and cheese with the green onions and sour cream and volatile ingredients then cover
the pan and simmer for 5 minutes
4 - put the shrimp in a special glass dish in the oven and set aside
5 - mash the boiled potatoes and season with salt and black pepper and mix with the remaining half of butter
6 - working from potatoes into small balls the size of a walnut and cover the shrimp mixture in dish
7 - wipe the face of potatoes a little cream and then enters the hot oven until become red then reserved.
