Chocolate ice cream



Ingredients
 1 egg
 3 egg yolks
 6 tablespoon sugar
 1 1/4  cup cream
 250 gm chocolate dusky
 1 1/4 cup milk

 To decorate:
 100 gm chocolate dusky and make baskets

Preparation
1 - mix the egg and egg yolk and sugar then add the hot milk to the egg with the constant whipping
2 - Put the mixture in a saucepan over low heat and move constantly until thick sauce, then remove from the heat
3 - cut the chocolate into small pieces and then we add to the hot custard and move even melt
4 - Strain custard through a strainer with holes minutes
5 - cover and leave to cool
6 - precious mix then mixed with custard quietly and put in refrigerator until cool
7 - placed in the Ice Cream Maker even freezes
8 - to make chocolate baskets: bring cups small and cover it of abroad plastic and then pass randomly liquid chocolate and then left to freeze after a plastic basket and get out of the cups used for ice cream
