pumpkin Kubba



Ingredients

 2 cups of medium bulgur
 1 tablespoon of salt
 1 small bead of onion
 1 tablespoon coriander powder or ½ a handful of fresh cilantro
 Pinch of black pepper
 3 cups of pumpkin, cooked and mashed 1 cup of flour
 1/4 cup olive oil
 2 large bead of onion, cut into long thin slices

Preparation

1 Wash bulgur in cold water, then squeeze to drain.
2 Add salt and set aside.
3 Mix section with onion, pepper and coriander.
4 Add the pumpkin mixture, then add the bulgur and mix well.
5 Add the flour and mix well (mixture may need more flour).
6 mix cup of the oil in the bottom of the tray size of 22 cm, then the uniqueness of
sliced onions.
7 Covered onion with the mixture of Kubba carefully, then urgent works form on the face with a butter knife.
8 Rub the remaining with oil and bake in oven temperature 200 C for 25 to 30 minutes until golden surface color.
