Mushroom Soup with crispy rice


Ingredients:
 1/2 cup boiled rice
 6 to 7 beads fresh mushroom slices
 1 chopped onion slices
 1 teaspoon ginger paste (Ginger + garlic)
 2 cubic seasoning vegetables
 2 tablespoon soy sauce
 1 tablespoon vinegar
 2 teaspoon sugar
 1 teaspoon white pepper
 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
 4 tablespoon starch dissolved in 1/4 cup water
 6 cups water
 2 tablespoon oil

Preparation:
1 - Boil the rice and distribute them in a tray to dry and then fry until become golden
2 - Heat the oil and add sliced onions until crispy
3 - add sliced mushrooms and fry it for 2 minutes.
4 - Add the ginger paste and mix and add water and cubes
5 - add the remain  ingredients except the starch and let the mixture boil
6 - while boiling add starch mixture and leave until the soup is thick
7 - decorate with fried rice
