Spaghetti with garlic, olive oil and chilli


Ingredients

sea salt
450 grams of Spaghetti pasta
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
4 large cloves of garlic, cut into small pieces
1 teaspoon chili
Freshly ground black pepper
½ cup parsley broad leaves, cut into small pieces

Preparation

Boil a large pot of salted water, then add the pasta.
In the meantime, in a medium saucepan mix the oil, garlic, chilli and plenty
 of pepper. leave mixture to heat over medium fire for a minute and a half until the oil
starts to boil. Add parsley and ½ cup of water cook pasta and ½ teaspoon of salt, and the
volatility of the components of the blend, then lifted the mixture from heat.
When pasta is cooked while still retaining cohesion, drain and transfer to a large bowl.
Add oil mixture and stir with extensor until mixing well.
