Stuffed Lobster

Ingredients


 1 medium-size Lobster
 Half mold butter
 4 poles chopped green onions
 2 teaspoon flour
 Half teaspoon mustard powder
 2 teaspoon grape vinegar
 1 cup milk
 3 tablespoon cream
 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
 ½ cup grated Gruyère cheese
 Salt and black pepper
 1 teaspoon extra butter


Preparation


1 - cut Lobster lengthwise into halves and then extract meat from the tail and wash it and set aside
2 - wash the cover and set aside for Disposal of water
3 - cut the meat into small pieces and put in refrigerator
4 - heat the butter in a pan, add the green onions and blush two minutes, then add the flour and leave minutes then add the milk and vinegar and leave until the mixture thickens
5 - Add cream, meat, parsley and season then simmer
6 - Pour the sauce in cover Lobster and scatter cheese with a little butter and then placed under the grill in the oven for two minutes until been golden in color.

Amount would be enough: 3-4
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
