Ingredients
1 kg sheep ribs chopped
2 minced garlic cloves
3 teaspoon brown sugar
4 tablespoon Ketchup
large onion chopped
5 tablespoon tomato sauce
100 gm honey
1 tablespoon mustard
4 tablespoon white vinegar
a small piece of grated ginger
1 tablespoon thyme dryer
2 tablespoon oil
Salt
Black pepper
Preparation
1 - Mix ingredients and season with ribs
2 - Soak ribs for the whole night
3 - placed in the oven 190 with all the sauce and grill for 40 minutes or until tender
