Spinach soup



Ingredients:
2 cups iced spinach
1/2 cup pasta Rowan
4 green minced onions
2 garlic cloves
1 cube vegetable
4 cups water
Salt
Black pepper
Squash
1 teaspoon cumin

Preparation:
1 - Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat, then add the green onions and garlic and cook until softened
2 - add vegetables, water, cumin and leave to boil and then add the pasta and spinach squeezed of water
3 - leave it until pasta is cooked
4 - season with salt and pepper and then served with lemon juice

Amount would be enough: 4-5
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
