cake tart



Ingredients
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 mold butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water + 1 tablespoon fruit gelatin)

Padding cream Bateser:
1 cup milk
4 egg yolks
3 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon  flour
2 tablespoon starch
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
1 - beat sugar with butter on medium speed, then add the eggs gradually
2 - add flour and milk and beat
3 - enter the oven at 180 to bake
4 - After cooling cake  adorned with fruits and wiping gelatin mixture

Way the filling:
1 - put the yolk and sugar, starch and flour in a bowl and mix well
2 - during that Heat the milk and add the egg gradually with constant stirring
3 - Keep the above on the back burner with constant stirring until the mixture hold together.
