Meat Kofta with vegetables

Ingredients

1 kilo minced meat special for kofta

1 teaspoon salt

1/2  teaspoon black pepper

 1/4 teaspoon  Paprika Pinch of cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon powder Red pepper 1 grated medium onion 1/2 parsley 1 tablespoon tomato sauce 3 - 4 medium tomatoes 1 green bell pepper 3 - 4  potatoes 1/4 cup oil 2 cups of tomato juice


Preparation1 - Mix the meat, spices, tomato sauce, parsley and onion2 - brush oil on the bottom and sides of a glass oven dish3 - wet your hands then put meatballs inside the dish4 - put over meatballs potato chips slightly fried, sliced tomatoes, peppers and also you may put onion slices5 - Pour two cups tomato juice over content6 - Enter the mold in heat oven 180 C for 30 - 40 minutes or until bubbles appear in the bile, shrink in size and then progress.
