Fish Kofta Curry Recipe



Ingredients


 1/2 kilo fish fillet
 3 teaspoon starch
 1 teaspoon fish sauce
 1 beaten egg
 1/2 cup green coriander
 3 teaspoon curry sauce
 1 teaspoon chili peppers, minced
 100 g green beans chopped
 1 package green onions, minced

Preparation

1 - mince fish in prepared food machine until smooth.
2 - added starch and fish sauce and whipped egg slightly and green coriander and curry sauce.
3 - mince mixture little by food machine  until mixing.
4 - the fish mixture is placed in a deep bowl and add green onions, beans, mixing well.
5 - wet your hands and take a small Core of fish paste and make discs.
6 - Heat oil and fry the meatballs until blush color.
7 - Drain and then served with spicy chili sauce and sweet ready.
