Potato Kubba

Ingredients:
 1 kilo boiled potato
 10 slices of toast sections
 1 teaspoon salt
 1 teaspoon  cumin powder
 1/2 teaspoon soft Black Pepper
 a mixture of cheeses (Akawi - halloumi - chopped parsley or mint)

 meat stuffing:
 1 slice onion
 400 grams of minced meat
 1 teaspoon Mixed Spices
 1/2 teaspoon  cinnamon powder
 1/2 teaspoon  turmeric powder
 3 tablespoon chopped parsley
 Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
1 - Boil potatoes 3/4 chard and then peel and cut, mince the meat in the electric machine with toast
2 - knead a little by hand with moistening and add salt, cumin and black pepper
3 - mix the cheese mixture. Stuffed and then formed
4 - stuffing meat: fry the onions in 2 tbsp oil.
5 - Add minced meat and fry until it dries.
6 - Add the spices, cinnamon powder, turmeric powder, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the chopped parsley and set aside.
7 - taken pieces of padding and cheese mixture and then stuffed.
8 - fry in prolific oil even acquires a golden color and then reserved beside salad.
