Ingredients
150 g white chocolate chopped
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup cream
2 1/2 cup grated coconut
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
1 - in a thick base saucepan Heat the cream over low heat then add the chocolate and
melt my stir well.
2 - Add the sugar and Keep stiring
3 - Lift the pot from the heat and set aside to cool a bit then add coconut and vanilla
and stir quietly.
4 - Configurable to small balls or fingers and then put them on a tray lined with butter
paper and leave in refrigerator 15 minutes to cool down.
5 - milt the milk chocolate and chocolate balls then put it to mold lining.
6 - Leave in refrigerator 5 minutes to bond.
7 - the possible use of white chocolate or dark milk to cover the coconut.
Cooking time: 5 minutes + 20 minutes for cooling
