Ingredients
sauce ingrediants:
3 cups water
5 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 garlic cloves, crushed
3 tbsp starch
1/4 tsp black pepper soft
2 cube chicken stock
Amounts dish:
750 g beef steak section slices
2 tablets average cut carrots
Cup cauliflower into small flowers clip
Cup for a broad bean chopped
Grain green pepper
Pill chopped onion
120 g white cabbage section
Preparation
1 - the sauce: combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan and leave until thickens
with constant stirring and set aside.
2 - in skillet protect add the oil and then transfere the steaks until they become brown.
3 - Add all vegetables except cabbage and stir for two minutes.
4 - Pour the sauce over the vegetables and boil over low heat for two minutes.
5 - Add the cabbage and leaves additional minute.
