Chicken Satay

Ingredients:

 1/2 kilo fillet chicken breast
 1 teaspoon grated ginger
 2 tablespoon lemon juice
 3 tablespoon soy sauce
 2 teaspoon Honey
 1 tablespoon peanut butter
 1/2 cup water

Preparation:
1 - Cut chicken into cubes measuring one inch then put it in wooden skewers and set aside
2 - Mix the remaining ingredients in a pan and leave to boil and then temper the heat and set
chicken on skewers sauce and left to cook for 10 minutes and so on until the end amount
3 - pick over chicken skewers after maturity and then raise the fire to sauce until condense and
less liquid
4 - put chicken skewers in a dish and then put the sauce over it
