Salad with grilled chicken



 chicken breast fillet
 1/4 teaspoon Oregano
 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 1 teaspoon soy sauce

ingredients of salad

 lettuce slices
 1/4 cup red beans
 1/4 cup corn
 small diced tomato
 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
 grated cheddar
 1 minced green onions
 1 small  Cucumber thin sticks
 thin slices of fried bread

Preparation

Spicing with soy chicken and oregano and roasted pepper on both sides and put aside.

Preparation os salad

1 - Place lettuce in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients on the surface. Garnish with fried bread.
2 - Add chicken grilled on the face.
3 - Sprinkle ranch sauce and barbecue sauce ready.


Amount would be enough: 2-3
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 12-15 minutes
