Italian chicken fingers



Ingredients
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon vinegar
5 chicken breasts, cut into thin long strips
3 large cloves of garlic, minced
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 ¼ cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
¾ cup of seasoned breadcrumbs

How to prepare
Heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Grease 1 tablespoon oil on heavy bread, each tray lined with baking paper.
Placed milk, garlic and vinegar in a large bowl. Add chicken and stir. Set aside for at least 15 minutes and up to 30 minutes.
Stir with breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese in a dish. Raising chickens for milk mixture and immersed in a mixture of breadcrumbs to fully mix, with good pressure.
Put  the chicken on the tray, with equal space left. Pour the remaining food tablespoons of oil on the soft chicken and bake for 12 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown in color.
