Corn cakes with honey



Ingredients
1 ¼ cup of flour
⅓ cup of sugar
¾ cup yellow corn flour
¼ cup of cooked corn
2 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup of milk
1 tablespoon honey
¼ cup canola oil
1 large egg
Oil spray

How to prepare
Encapsulate a large saucepan machine gun oil and heat over medium heat to high heat.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, corn flour, corn, baking powder and salt. Blends the mixture well by a fork and dig a hole in the middle.
Batters milk, honey, oil and eggs together in a small bowl. Pour the mixture into the middle of the dry ingredients and mix together.
mix the amount of ¼ cup of the dough in the pot for the preparation of a single cake.
Cook for two minutes on each side swell up and golden brown and cooked. Served with honey.
