cheese with chicken skewers



Ingredients
1 cup of cheese stones
1 tablespoon of lemon
½ teaspoon sumac
500 gm of chicken breasts, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of wild thyme
1 tablespoon garlic butter
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon ground thyme

How to prepare
Soak the chicken in a large dish with salt and pepper and wild thyme.
Heats rotisserie and grilled chicken skewers.
Mixed cheese stones and garlic butter, lemon and sumac in a small bowl, then pour in providing pot next to the bread.
