Zucchini with Parmesan



Ingredients
⅓ cup of olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans of whole tomatoes
¼ cup fresh basil paper
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
½ cup of dried breadcrumbs
1500 g of medium-sized zucchini, cut into ½-inch thick slices
2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup of mozzarella cheese

How to prepare
Placed a large saucepan over medium heat and add olive oil.
Add the garlic and cook for one minute. Add tomatoes with juice and leave the mixture to simmer heat. Add basil and stir the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Leave the mixture to simmer heat for 10 minutes.
Attend a large baking tray greased with butter. Equipped with zucchini and types of cheese and tomato sauce. Scoop some of the tomato sauce in the bottom of the baking tray. Add a layer of zucchini, and distributes half the amount of mozzarella cheese. Scoops another layer of tomato sauce, then put another layer of zucchini and then the remaining tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Placed breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese on the face.
Chinese are placed in the oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden color and boil the mixture.
Set aside for 20 minutes before slicing.
