Ingredients
3 thin slices of red meat Steak
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
For the white sauce:
1 cup of whipping cream
1 teaspoon of butter
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
How to prepare
Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper and pour in olive oil.
Roasted for 5 minutes on each side, then transfer steak to cutting board. And leave to rest for 10 minutes.
Heat the butter in a saucepan, and add stones, salt, black pepper and leave the mixture to simmer until thickens.
Cut steak into thin slices, then pour white sauce on it.
