Potatoes Kubba



Ingredients
1 cup of chopped meat
2 cups of mashed potatoes
1 cup onion section
½ cup of water
2 tablespoons of parsley section
2 tablespoons of margarine
1 tablespoon cumin full
Salt and pepper
1 cup breadcrumbs
Oil, for reddening

How to prepare
In a medium saucepan, stir the meat until it dries. Add the onion and margarine and stir until the mixture softens, add water and cook over low heat until dry heat.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper, cumin, and remove from heat.
Add the parsley and potatoes, stir well, and set aside to cool.
Form the mixture into small balls and Breaded covered.
Put on fire from medium to high heat until golden color.
