Crispy eggplant



Ingredients
Salt
1 ½ cup tomato sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pill of eggplant, cut into cubes and roasted 
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of parsley section

How to prepare
Boil a large pot of salted water over medium heat. Add the pasta and cook until tender while remaining coherent.
over medium heat, add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper and garlic.
When the pasta cooked, drain and add to the pan. Add eggplant and stir together . Transfer the mixture to a bowl and offers direct submission adorned with some Parmesan cheese and parsley.
