Oats fingers



Ingredients
Oil spray
½ cup honey
½ cup of Creamy Peanut Butter
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 hanging tablespoons of canola oil
¼ cup light brown sugar
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups of oatmeal
2 cup of brown rice grains fragile
¼ cup toasted almonds
½ cup roasted peanuts section
½ cup of dried berries section
½ cup of dried figs section
½ teaspoon salt

How to prepare
Sprinkle baking tray size 13-inch machine gun oil and set aside.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, peanut butter and maple syrup, brown sugar, canola oil and cinnamon. Stir and cook the mixture for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove it from heat and add vanilla.
In a large bowl, combine oats, beans, rice, almonds, peanuts, berries, figs and salt.
Pour mixture of peanut mixture oats, gently by a simplified until well mix. Mixture is transferred to a baking tray and cover with baking paper. Leave to cool completely (will cool faster in the fridge). Cut into squares or sticks.
