Banana pie recipe


Ingredients
• 1 package (weighing 430 grams) sweetened condensed milk
• 2 cups of biscuit Crackers (about 11 pieces)
• 1 piece of butter (½ cup) melted
• 2 large banana-sized
• 2 cup of full-fat cream
• 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 55 grams of dark chocolate grated

Preparation
1. Pour condensed milk in a medium saucepan and cook over low heat for about 45 minutes, stirring from time to time taking into account the lack of burning milk or stuck parts of pot
2. Hit cookies in a food mixer, then add the melted butter with whipping intermittently until smooth mixture completely
3. Pour mixture cookies on a baking tray (9 inches long) then singled in the bottom of the tray by hand or using a glass
4. keep the tray in the fridge for about 15 minutes
5. mix to condensed milk over the biscuit base and then cut evenly banana into slices then stacked mixture
6. Put the cream above the surface of the mixture and then sprinkle it with cinnamon and grated chocolate and progress
