Ingredients
450 gm of calamari, cut into rings
1 cup flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
½ teaspoon cumin
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Oil, for reddening
How to prepare
In a small bowl, mix flour, breadcrumbs, cumin and spices.
