Ingredients
Dressing herbs
• 2 juice of lemon and skin
• 2 juice from oranges
• 1 cup of vinegar
• 2 cup of fresh parsley leaves
• 2 cup of fresh basil leaves
• 2 cup of Extra virgin olive oil
• Salt and ground black pepper
salad:
• 4 cups of Orzo
• Salt for water
• 5 cups corn lobed
• 5 sticks of celery
• 1 Cucumber
• cherry tomatoes
Preparation
1. mix lemon peel and juice in a food mixer with orange peel and juice and vinegar, parsley and basil
2. Then add olive oil slowly while mixing until the mixture is homogeneous and then season with salt and pepper and set aside
3. Cook Orzo in much water boil for about 10 minutes until softens, stirring from time to time
4. Add Corn grain in a large bowl with celery and Cucumber with no seeds and cherry tomatoes
5. Drain cooked Orzo of water and washed under a stream of cold water and drain again
6. Add Orzo to the mixture with stirring, then add spices with flipping again
7. Season the mixture with salt and pepper if needed and then provides
